I pay around £200 per month from their services, they can't provide me with some basic tax advice, or do any of the services which I am paying them for.
They're twice the price and twice the headache of any other accountants I have dealt with.
At times I really struggle to figure out what they do in exchange for their fees. However they make you sign up for a 6 month contract so it looks like I am stuck paying them not to do any work for the time being.

Since starting out as a contractor, I use Umbrella as my service provider.Their work model is efficient with timely payments.Also of important note is the quick response time of the customer support services team when I have a query, especially Oscar.He's a 5-star dude, any day!
