So i went to order the pp405 (3mg) in their site, it's pricey for a small bottle. i transferred thru zelle incldg the ship insurance , free shipping tho. after the transaction, immediately a newer version of this pp405 formula (15mg) showed up. i was thinking to cancel the recently ordered 3mg , but I emailed the customer service instead. everyday im emailing them, calling frequently the 1-855 number but no human ever answers, just voicemail. left VM yet nobody returned my call. a week passed and i havent heard anything back from company. I received the product (pp405 3mg), but I wish their form of communication would be better. I received nothing, nada, zilch of customer service from. i could have rated them 1 if at all, but atleast the product came just as expected, so 2 is forgiving.
