Review Time
So i went to order the pp405 (3mg) in their site, it's pricey for a small bottle. i transferred thru zelle incldg the ship insurance , free shipping tho. after the transaction, immediately a newer version of this pp405 formula (15mg) showed up. i was thinking to cancel the recently ordered 3mg , but I emailed the customer service instead. everyday im emailing them, calling frequently the 1-855 number but no human ever answers, just voicemail. left VM yet nobody returned my call. a week passed and i havent heard anything back from company. I received the product (pp405 3mg), but I wish their form of communication would be better. I received nothing, nada, zilch of customer service from. i could have rated them 1 if at all, but atleast the product came just as expected, so 2 is forgiving.
First order went through without a hitch. Tracking number received quickly. Delivery within a week. Item was as advertised. They immediately solicited a review. Second order, I was ghosted after sending payment. I emailed support with no response. I called phone number and left a voicemail and received no response.Buyer beware, this website will take your money and send you nothing.
I placed my very first order with Umbrella Labs on September 23rd, and I received my products in perfect condition this afternoon. After receiving a direct email from Umbrella Labs, I decided to check out their offerings and I found a new and exciting compound that I hadn't seen anywhere else. I decided to order a couple of bottles of this compound, along with a few other small items.After I placed my order, I read through some of their recent reviews and it made me really nervous. More than a few people had complained about not receiving what they paid for, and not being able to get in touch with anyone for assistance. I started to get nervous, thinking I sent them my money and might not get the products I ordered. A few days after placing my order, I received a shipping notice with a tracking number, erasing my fear and putting a smile on my face.I checked tracking to make sure things were moving, and today I received my perfectly wrapped and protected products.Now I obviously haven't had time to even open my new compound, much less conduct a research study, but I'm writing this review to ease the concerns of anyone who sends money like I did, before checking reviews.Umbrella Labs did a great job of delivering exactly what I ordered in a quick and safe manner. They took exceptional care of my products, and their communication was great. I would not hesitate to use them again!
I've used them a few times before and was happy with what I received. This last time was a nightmare.Starting with the payment processing system and then the product I relieve which were definitely fake. I purchased enclo, LGD 3 and YK. No gains no sides no "markers" shown in medical tests. Absolute scumbags, they send the product with certificate of analysis but that dont mean anything to me at this point. If you're willing to sell fake product you're willing to send a fraudulent certificates well. Stay away

By the time you pay for third party testing when buying bulk you save tons of money, more upfront cost, significantly less over time. Product Availability:Products are readily available though. A wide range of products are readily available for research at all times. While other sites like Nootropic source are currently out of certain products, Umbrella Labs has almost everything. Shipping/Handling:Fast, well done. Well packaged. Comes with a teeny tiny spoon lol. Packaging:Good, nice little containers. Nothing crazy, plastic not amber glass which has UV protection and long term storage.Overall Rating:4/5, which is really good for a research chem company. While the prices are high they are readily available. Would like to see bulk options. Sales would skyrocket.
