I don’t know how they got so many good reviews.
I booked a train ticket for 3 from Madinah to Makkah. I picked the date. I received a confirmation email and WhatsApp message. But the booking is in the wrong date ! £179, gone.
Contacted them telling them the date are wrong. They said ticket was not refundable. At that point I didn’t really care for a refund but just get a ticket at another date (which was cheaper somehow).
I get it, we can make mistake, but I know that I wouldn’t have book 4 days later ?!! (I mean, on the calendar it looks far enough).
That is not the worse, tried to retrieve the tickets through the official HHR website our booking doesn’t exist ! And the confirmation email sent comes from a different email to the official company.
I would avoid it like the plague
