He was v thorough and made sure I understood everything.

Very unhappy with the provided service

I cannot recommend this service due to the significant difficulties I faced after booking their train service. They were unable to adjust the train schedule on the same day as I requested, which disrupted my entire trip for Umrah. The support team was unhelpful, making me go back and forth without resolving the issue, especially for those traveling from far to perform Umrah/Hajj. They seem indifferent to the stress and challenges that arise when things go wrong while abroad. I strongly suggest using an alternative app for bookings instead of relying on this service; they seem primarily focused on earning commissions.
