We booked a trip for three adults and two toddlers for November. The night before our flight, we were informed of a hotel change despite our request for a closer location due to the kids and health issues with two adults. We ended up at the provided hotel, and on the sixth day, we were unexpectedly asked to switch hotels without any explanation. There was no guidance, and we had to navigate everything ourselves. The hotel experience was dreadful, with a filthy room and a broken toilet. After raising concerns, we were told to leave without an alternative booking, forced to wait outside until they resolved the situation. We refused to vacate until another arrangement was made. Eventually, we reluctantly agreed to stay despite the chaos. A day before our return, we were asked to change rooms again while I was packing and feeling unwell. The transfers were efficient, but the hotel arrangements were terrible. I recommend choosing another agency as this one operates poorly. They constantly made excuses and seemed completely disorganized, impacting our spiritual practices due to their mismanagement.
