Kanega watch is horrible.I am 96 and I admit anything tech is not my best friend.#1. Difficulity in opening and closing clasp .#2. Operating instructions were difficult to,follow#3. Returning this watch was a bloody nightmare. Sent countless emails asking for the promised Fed ExDelivery label. No one answers the phone. After sending at least 4 plus messages with the big red exclamation point icon. They were returned to me .finally disgusted with the process sent another email saying I would contact Visa to stop payment. That finally got a response with the Fed Ex return label. It was returned today,9/31. And the restocking fee of $75 is simply greed. In perfect condition, two of batteries never charged. Restocking of $25 is acceptable but $75 again is simply greed on Unaliwears End.So beware.
