Pressed my watch button, emergency service picked me up off floor

I fell down, 1 am lighted room, my mind foggy and could not get myself organized enough to get up. I pressed my Kanali watch button for service. Not too long, 4 husky emergency service men from the fire department came, whisked me up off floor, saw me safely to bed. Next morning, I wondered if I had a bad dream. However a large bruise on my arm made clear it really happened. The cause of my foggy brain was taking my sleep aid out of normal sequence.I did not expect to take effect so quickly.

Excellent product and customer service

We love the product, and the customer service is amazing! Every time we have had a challenge, we have gotten help very quickly and the problem has been fixed sooner than we thought possible. The staff are very helpful, patient, and thorough. Dad used his watch once to call for help, and the call center person was very easy to work with.

My watch had a problem

My watch had a problem, it said call support. I did and Joseph answered, he was very professional and he kindly walked though different things to try and fix it. He decided the watch needed to be returned and a replacement was sent.I could not be more pleased with the perfect service.UnaliWear is a very well run company. I am thankful that I decided to trust my safety with them.

Kanega watch for seniors

Kanega watch is horrible.I am 96 and I admit anything tech is not my best friend.#1. Difficulity in opening and closing clasp .#2. Operating instructions were difficult to,follow#3. Returning this watch was a bloody nightmare. Sent countless emails asking for the promised Fed ExDelivery label. No one answers the phone. After sending at least 4 plus messages with the big red exclamation point icon. They were returned to me .finally disgusted with the process sent another email saying I would contact Visa to stop payment. That finally got a response with the Fed Ex return label. It was returned today,9/31. And the restocking fee of $75 is simply greed. In perfect condition, two of batteries never charged. Restocking of $25 is acceptable but $75 again is simply greed on Unaliwears End.So beware.

Truly amazing customer support!

Truly amazing customer support. This watch saved my life last week. I fell and was unconscious. Watch automatically called ems and 2 neighbors. You called later to check on me and told me you were sending a new watch because ems had difficulty hearing me. Everyone needs this, not just elderly people. Young people can be alone and injured, unconscious. Everyone needs this watch in their life.

Truly amazing customer support

Truly amazing customer support. This alert system actually saved my life last week. I fell, knocked unconscious. Ems was automatically notified without me having to "push any button". Everyone needs this watch, not just elderly. Young people can just as easily be alone, without any means of getting support. Even if I never have to use this system again, it saved my life and that's worth everything.
