Steer clear of this company! The last positive review was from early November, which even mentioned a three-week wait for the mattress. I ordered a topper at the end of November, promised delivery in 10-14 days. Two weeks later, with no delivery, I started reaching out. After multiple messages, I only received a response when I threatened to cancel via PayPal. A generic reply stated 'your parcel is on the way', ignoring my cancellation request, so I escalated the matter with PayPal. They confirmed the cancellation and promised a full refund. I waited five working days, but no refund came, so I escalated further. Today, I received a delivery notice! My cancellation emails seem to have been ignored. I will refuse delivery, adding to the stress of delivery drivers. While frustrating and unprofessional, claiming a cancelled order was refunded is borderline fraudulent. Avoid this company, or ensure you use a credit card or PayPal for protection.
