I waited five working days, but no refund came, so I escalated further. Today, I received a delivery notice. My cancellation emails seem to have been ignored. I will refuse delivery, adding to the stress of delivery drivers. This is frustrating and unprofessional, and claiming a cancelled order was refunded is borderline fraudulent.
