Warning! This company is a disaster; I'm baffled by how they are still operating. I have a long-term health condition, and the organic mattress topper I received had a horrible smell that made me sick. It took weeks to get a response, and even longer to arrange a pickup. Now, I'm waiting for a refund that’s been overdue for over a month! I'm pleading for them to contact me. Trading standards have been notified.
