After numerous emails, I still haven't received my mattress, nearly two months later. They no longer answer calls or respond to emails. Their standard reply states that my order will arrive soon—don't trust them. Dealing with this company is a gamble; you risk losing your money and enduring months of frustration. They may face lawsuits or bankruptcy again, and I believe they deserve it. I filed for a chargeback with my credit card company, which is a good way to penalize them.
