The service is quite basic. You place an order, and they deliver it. However, six weeks later, I'm still being given the runaround for an item that was supposed to arrive in 10-14 working days. Things are not looking good. Emails are now being ignored. They did answer the phone to say my pillow would be sent out this week, but that didn't happen. They even claimed emails were getting lost due to a new AI system. The pillow eventually arrived, but it lacked the required labeling to indicate materials used. The filling quality is questionable, resembling shredded material, and without a proper label, I wouldn’t trust it.
