No way of escalating issues with the company (ie) no customer service centre. This will be my first and last experience with this company. Got quoted one price of £225 however, if there were issues with a second drain the price would increase to £275. Twenty minutes after arriving at my property the engineer knocked on my door to say the job was complete. He then informed me that the second drain was blocked so it would be the higher quote. The engineer did not show me the issues with the second drain, which concerned me however, it was too late to challenge. I would not recommend this company to anyone, be careful.
