Phoned at about half ten this morning, spoke to a gentleman, told him situation, he advised me what the process would be, no call out charge.Engineer turned up about an hour later, had look, started job all done , drain cleared, very impressed with service, would recommend them.
While the men who came out were polite and did the job, unfortunately they broke my mum's hose fitting and left the outside tap running. When she rang their office to let them know, the man who took her call went off on a rant and wouldn't let her speak. An absolutely terrible way to treat a customer. I also think she was overcharged at £350 considering the work done. Use with caution!
I called unblock drains today in June to find an engineer to fix drains leakage. Craig the engineer contacted me, he came on 25th June and did use the camera checked drain. He total charged me £1680 for the job which himself and one helper worked just more than two hours (included purchasing pipe and lunch), but he promised 10 years guarantee. Following day we found out the drain still leaking. I contacted him many times and he promised to come back to fix it, but he didn’t. I spoke to his manager and been told that I have to pay him £300 plus vat before he comes back to fix the job. It’s unfair for me. On unblock drains today’s website promised no call out charge but he charged £300, on the website promised job guarantees, but he didn’t do it.past two months, it’s been nightmare.
Craig came today as I thought i had a collapsed drain he put the camera down the man hole and it turns out my drain is in tact there was still a problem so he opened another drain in my conservatory and found the blockage which he sorted out thanks again job sorted
I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible! My husband called them to arrange an emergency visit, they said they’d be out between 2 & 5pm. Come 5pm nobody had arrived & there was no answer when we called them.It’s now 7.40pm the next morning, no visit & no call from them.We’ve had to arrange an emergency plumber with a different company.Why bother saying you’ll attend an appointment if you don’t bother turning up!
