Rang the company specifying an emergency with my external drainage system. The person on the phone explained that someone would be out today and they would call back. After a few hours without reply and calling back myself I had an apology and was told someone would be out shortly. After another call it was agreed the job would be complete first thing in the morning. After waiting and calling again another engineer finally rang me explaining he could not make today. Not happy at all with the lack of customer service.
