Unable to provide names for the company owner so no escalation path. Use only if you have megabucks and money to burn. They operate on standard price only but wont give you a price over the phone. They did send an engineer (Craig) -ended up paying £425 for a 40 minute job. Craig arrived but claimed 'just to be an engineer' could not nothing about the price. Be very very careful. Count your fingers after dealing with them.
