Sold me a SolidFire 60w 500K led panel light for $89.99 which should have tipped me off to how trash it would be. Got home, installed the light (2 push to connect attachements). Went to test and light didn't work. Take light down and notice parts are loose and not properly soldered together. I immediately uninstalled it as didn't want an electrical issue on my hands. Emailed claims as normal expecting to get store credit and wash my hands of the clearly not working and broken light. Response is "Unfortunately we can't proceed the warranty request without sufficient proof. Please send us the video showing how the item can't work, thank you!" I refuse to install an electrical appliance back into my building that is clearly malfunctioning. Horrid customer service but I guess I should have read the reviews first.
