Recieved a product that was missing pieces and claims for missing parts won’t communicate to try getting an answer after several weeks and dozens of emails if I’m supposed to return it, if they’re going to send missing parts or if I can exchange it, few hundred km from a store and learned the hard way to make sure pieces are not missing or damaged BEFORE you pay for it. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life, would give negative stars if was an option, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them, not worth the headache and time lost.
Made a purchase of 4 packs of sponges. Then when order for 17.00 was processed, they sent me an email asking for extra 32.00 for shipping. For shipping 4 packs of sponges!!! It has to be a scam because when we order we know and choose the shipping, and it might coast 10$ tops to ship 4 very light packages of sponges. Totally bait & switch, and I’m disappointed because supposedly they are in Canada.

Purchased some skid steer tires here. Tubeless tires that require no tube. Once installed on the rims, 2 of the 4 leak around the bead. They will not pay for tubes to put in the tires so they would work. Possible refund to return them or in store credit. Paid $150 for install so probably another $150 to take off. The tires are just poor quality so would not recommend.
I ordered $1400 worth of products with a down payment. They notified me that my order had arrived and asked me to pay the remaining cost of the order before pick up. I did so and drove to the pickup location but my product hadn’t arrived. I didn’t get my money back and my product still isn’t there 2 weeks later. They aren’t returning my emails or phone calls. Feels very sketchy.
Bought an item that was used but they said it was new. Took it home and item does not work. Dealing with their claims department and its like I committed some major crime. Beware first of buying there and second forget about taking things back that do not work. They will give you the third degree. On another note received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. Waited over on hour before they could find it.
Sold me a SolidFire 60w 500K led panel light for $89.99 which should have tipped me off to how trash it would be. Got home, installed the light (2 push to connect attachements). Went to test and light didn't work. Take light down and notice parts are loose and not properly soldered together. I immediately uninstalled it as didn't want an electrical issue on my hands. Emailed claims as normal expecting to get store credit and wash my hands of the clearly not working and broken light. Response is "Unfortunately we can't proceed the warranty request without sufficient proof. Please send us the video showing how the item can't work, thank you!" I refuse to install an electrical appliance back into my building that is clearly malfunctioning. Horrid customer service but I guess I should have read the reviews first.
Bought a bed and had to make 6 trips back to get missing parts, just to find out I’m still missing parts. Can’t even get a refund just store credit for other garbage. Will never buy from them again, worth paying double elsewhere. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you will get a good deal like me and end up spending 6 months and countless hours, gas and not even end up with a working product.
