I placed an order with two-day shipping, but it never arrived. When I contacted customer service for a tracking number that I never received, they quickly generated a shipping label and claimed that 'UPS often doesn’t scan their packages this time of year.' It appears they took my money, including the extra for expedited shipping, and are now sending it via standard mail. I even paid for shipping protection, which promised expedited shipping in case of issues. Terrible customer service and questionable business practices. I should have ordered from another platform. I won't be back.
