Regrettable Purchase and Constant Spam

I bought an item from a certain company and deeply regret it. The product was mediocre, but the relentless marketing and promotional emails are absurd. I've unsubscribed several times and contacted the support team, only to be told that I must have signed up with different email accounts, which is not the case. The company claimed I was removed from their marketing lists, yet my inbox continues to be bombarded. It's nothing but spam. Stay away.

Unsatisfactory support experience.

Unsatisfactory support experience. I faced two problems with a large order and neither was addressed. One item arrived incomplete, and I can't obtain a refund or replacement without returning the gift. So, that $85 is lost. Additionally, they assured me of a price adjustment refund, but when I reached out, I received $41 less than expected. They offer interesting products, but resolving issues is quite challenging.

Extremely disappointed with delivery service

I placed my order on December 9th with the guarantee that it would arrive by December 21 at the latest. Now it's December 24, and there's been no delivery. I can't get in touch with anyone, and the delivery service has been completely unreliable. I will not be using this service again.

Extremely Disappointed with Shipping Experience

I placed an order with two-day shipping, but it never arrived. When I reached out to the support team for a tracking number that I never received, they quickly created a shipping label and used the excuse that 'UPS often doesn’t scan their packages this time of year.' It seems they took my money, including the extra for expedited shipping, and are now sending it via standard mail. I even paid for shipping protection, which promised expedited shipping if there were any issues. Poor customer service and questionable business practices. I should have gone with another platform. I won't be ordering again.

Disappointing First Purchase

I was very disappointed to receive a broken mug. The box was damaged and bulging, with tape barely holding it together. It was clear that they stuffed the items into the box; they should have used a different one. The mug's handle was completely broken off in two pieces, and the top was also damaged. This was handled carelessly, showing poor quality in packaging and shipping. As a first-time customer, this experience was very disappointing and makes me question ordering again.

I placed my order over a week ago and was told it would arrive today. When I didn't receive a tracking number, I contacted customer service and learned that one item is back-ordered for another month, and the other is completely sold out. I received no updates other than my order confirmation. They are selling items that are unavailable without notifying customers. Avoid spending your money here!

No Issues with the Service, but Delivery Concerns

No issues with the service or their products. My concern lies with the delivery service they use. Packages have not been delivered to my home and have been left outside in the dirt. I won’t order again until they change their delivery provider.

Outstanding Customer Service

A delivery driver left my order out in the rain instead of delivering it to the designated package room, ruining my item. I called customer service late in the evening, and despite the hour, a representative resolved my issue in just 5 minutes.
