I placed an order with two-day shipping, but it never arrived. When I reached out to the support team for a tracking number that I never received, they quickly created a shipping label and used the excuse that 'UPS often doesn’t scan their packages this time of year.' It seems they took my money, including the extra for expedited shipping, and are now sending it via standard mail. I even paid for shipping protection, which promised expedited shipping if there were any issues. Poor customer service and questionable business practices. I should have gone with another platform. I won't be ordering again.
