I’m really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from the Under Armour UK website.I placed a legitimate online order during a sale for over 50 items — all different products — as I do my clothes shopping in bulk once a year. Payment was taken without issue, only for me to receive an email the following day saying my entire order had been cancelled because I had “purchased too many items”.This was never flagged at checkout, there were no limits stated, and nothing about the order suggested it was unreasonable or against any terms. Cancelling a paid order after the fact for this reason is completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, I then had to chase Under Armour to actually get my refund processed, which added further frustration.In the end, I placed an even larger order through Sports Direct instead — without any issues at all.Poor communication, poor customer experience, and not how you expect a major brand to treat genuine customers. I won’t be ordering directly from Under Armour again.
