I will not be buying from Under armour again, especially now I know that I am not the only customer to have had this experience. My refund of almost £200 was 'lost in transit' by the courier, despite receiving an email from Under armour that they had received my refund and would send my money back in 3 days (6 weeks ago), and so Under armour now refuse to send me my money back. I have had to raise a claim through the bank, and have now been almost £200 out of pocket for 6 weeks and counting. Under armour were slow to respond to my complaint and had a complete lack of consideration to keep a loyal customer.
I'm baffled that Underarmour went through the trouble of sending out a known defective product. (Trainers were clearly damaged) Wish I read the reviews on here before ordering. Lets see if I manage to get a refund. I do enjoy wasting my time sorting out returns.

I was then really worried if they’d arrive, if I’d get the right product, what would happen if I needed to return an item… I ordered Sunday night, my items were dispatched Tueaday and arrived Wednesday. Items are as ordered, fit nicely, packaged well and shipping was super speedy. Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones, I don’t know, but I’ve got no complaints.
Having returned my order via the DHL process they will not process my refund as they state it was never collected by DHL. This is despite the fact I have provided the proof including screenshot from the collection locations DHL device. £100 worth of refund owed. Like others I’m having to contact my bank. Disgraceful service that you’d expect from scammers rather than a big brand like this.

Avoid at all costs. Tried to invalidate my statutory rights to a refund. Returned goods which were then lost by DHL. Under Armour have denied me a refund despite me having a receipt showing I dropped it off. Now taking up with my bank. Will never use again.
I have disappointed with the quality of my Under Armour trainers. Despite owning several pairs of shoes from brands like New Balance, Nike, and Asics some of which I have used for over 4 years without issue this pair of UA trainers has failed prematurely.I have owned these for two years, but they are strictly part of a seasonal rotation. I only wear them during the Autumn months and, even then, only occasionally. Despite this very light usage, the shoes are already showing significant wear and tear. Looking at the condition of the soles and the upper material, it is clear they have been "barely worn," yet the structural integrity is failing.Key Issues:Lack of Longevity: The materials have worn out far quicker than industry standards.Poor Value: For a premium price point, I expected them to last as long as my other trainers.Quality Gap: Compared to my New Balance and Asics pairs, the build quality of Under Armour seems significantly inferior.I expected much better from Under Armour. Based on this experience, it is difficult to justify purchasing another pair when other brands offer much better durability for the same price.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from the Under Armour UK website.I placed a legitimate online order during a sale for over 50 items — all different products — as I do my clothes shopping in bulk once a year. Payment was taken without issue, only for me to receive an email the following day saying my entire order had been cancelled because I had “purchased too many items”.This was never flagged at checkout, there were no limits stated, and nothing about the order suggested it was unreasonable or against any terms. Cancelling a paid order after the fact for this reason is completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, I then had to chase Under Armour to actually get my refund processed, which added further frustration.In the end, I placed an even larger order through Sports Direct instead — without any issues at all.Poor communication, poor customer experience, and not how you expect a major brand to treat genuine customers. I won’t be ordering directly from Under Armour again.
