I wanted to return a top as it wasn’t quite the right fit. There is only one option for courier return, FedEx. The FedEx page to see return retailers was down for over a day and then intermittently worked. I finally had a list of retailers, the first said they don’t take returns. The second said the return label did not register so they couldn’t take the parcel. I contacted Under Armour for an alternative return method as I live in the countryside and cannot keep driving 5 miles to check each return retailer. They said there was no alternative and just gave me the list of retailers to return to for FedEx. This is not good enough, I’m stuck with an item I don’t want. You need to offer more courier return options.
