Telephone number doesn't work when you try and call on their really short working day. Live chat intermittent and email customer support, don't even reply. Lucky for myself,I chose to have items delivered to a shop rather than home. So popped in on the off chance with proof of id, and they had it.Ordered on 19/12, received it on my own today, 7/12
