Disappointing experience. I purchased two sport bras just days before Black Friday, taking advantage of a discount. After a week of silence, the order was simply canceled and refunded. Interestingly, one of the items is still listed on the site, albeit at a higher price now. With Black Friday behind us, I'm left without the product and facing higher prices elsewhere. My emails went unanswered. The products might be good, but the logistics and customer service are lacking. I wouldn't recommend buying directly from them.
