There is no way to cancel a plan, and when I tried to activate or change my subscription, I was charged without my consent—not just once, but twice, with automatic deductions from my card. I found myself trapped in multiple subscriptions that I never agreed to. The entire payment process is careless and unethical. I demand a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of customer trust.
