There is no option to cancel a plan, and when I tried to activate or change my subscription, I was charged without my permission—not just once, but twice, with automatic deductions from my card. I found myself trapped in multiple subscriptions that I never consented to. The entire payment process is careless and unethical. I request a full refund immediately. This situation is unacceptable and a clear violation of customer trust.

Deceptive practices... They provide an awful service and do not honor the 3-day free usage promise. They take your money and do not return it. Resolving issues with live support is nearly impossible.
