Our experience as a SME/PME/KMO :When switching over mobile, there was a strange problem with the first transfer, so - in order to keep business running - we paused until (the root cause of ) that problem had been solved. That took a bit longer then we would have expected/hoped, but at every moment we felt they "owned" the problem . Even during the weekend, we had interactions with their second-line technical people sending and responding to our messages. After that, the next transfers went extremely smoothly.BTW : phone service itself works at well as our previous provider ... One tips : the website could use some improvement, especially for a (prospect) business customer
