Smooth Number Transfer Experience

We moved my wife's number to the new service. Initially, we considered switching to another provider due to their lower rates, but we truly value the seamless experience with the current service. Whenever we required assistance, the support team was readily available to help us over the phone. The only drawback was that the complete transfer took nearly 2 hours, but everything has been functioning perfectly since then.

Outstanding service so far!

We transferred my wife's number to a new provider. Although we considered another option for a better price, we truly value how seamless everything has been with this company. Whenever we needed assistance, they were readily available on the phone. The only downside was that it took nearly 2 hours to complete the transfer, but everything has been functioning perfectly since then.

Smooth transition

I needed an e-sim, so I switched to this provider. The transition was easy, and I was aware that I would have no phone connection for a few hours. The only challenge was figuring out how to reset my account password, but they responded quickly with guidance.

Stressful wait with a happy outcome

It was quite a stressful 2-hour wait when my old sim card got disconnected and the new one was activated. I would suggest that switching around noon on a Wednesday might not be ideal. An email or notification from the support team to confirm that assistance is on the way would be helpful.

It's satisfactory

It's satisfactory. However, they should really improve communication regarding how long it will take for their sim to become active. I spent hours without a connection because my old sim failed and the new one wasn't activated yet.
