Not only is the watch I purchased absolutely beautiful and of very high quality for the price, the customer support was incredible as well. The folks at Undone had been dealing with the aftermath of the typhoons which hit SE Asia, so understandably, there was a bit of delay in getting my order shipped out. But they stayed in constant contact with me the entire time, and again, I was beyond impressed with the watch I received, I couldn't be more happy with it. Would highly recommend them!
