I ordered a 400kg Dolly trolly which arrived promptly.There was a minor issue involving one of the non slip pads, I notified Unibos immediately and received quite a quick response.The matter was quickly resolved, I am both pleased with my purchase and the supplier (Unibos).If I had read some of the reviews for this company I would not have bought from them, I can only say that I have no issue with Unibos.
