Orders on Amazon. Next day delivery quoted on advert. On completing payment, was told it would be the day after. Three days later the item is still in the courier warehouse with no sign of being delivered. Meanwhile, the responses to ‘messaging seller’ get a ‘we will reply soon’ which means maybe the next day and ‘it’s on its way’ which it clearly isn’t. Do NOT buy from this company.

Absolute rubbish company to deal with

Absolute rubbish company to deal with, they sent the wrong delivery item then made us jump through hoops to send it back of no fault of ours, if it was left up to me I would have thrown it in the bin !!!!

Sent me cheap imitation bird feeder

Sent me cheap imitation bird feeder. I ordered a gardman bird feeder but they sent me an unbranded one, no even the same size as the one I ordered. I'm sure this was a deliberate attempt to pass off a cheap product as a branded name. Do not use this company, ever!!!!

If I could leave no stars I…

If I could leave no stars I would...sent me 2 garden arches, none of the pieces fit together properly. There were pieces missing, bolts missing and the relevant holes did not align...I messaged them several times and did not get a reply...I waited 3 weeks for these arches and managed to make one but had to tape some pieces together....dont waste your money with this company they are one of the worst out there...I bought a rose arch from temu and it was brilliant , the best I've ever had

I ordered a transparent dome type…

I ordered a transparent dome type umbrella from this company. It broke on the second use and was then completely useless.Because of lack of rain (so no need to use it), the breakage occurred outside the 30 day period. Company's customer service was abysmal. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Poor quality goods and poor quality service.

The singular most appalling customer service

I ordered a hose reel in May delivered on 27/05/25, I left the country for an extended holiday in Mexico, I returned at the beginning of July. When I opened the box I realised that the reel would be too small and also that the handle was missing. Eventually they agreed on a refund, I followed the instructions provided by the company and the courier collected the parcel on 16/07/25. The company are still procrastinating with regards to the refund, they have repeatedly requested proof of postage, I have repeatedly provided the tracking number provided by the courier and I still have not received my refund. Do not purchase from this company, without doubt the most appalling customer service ever.

Poor Delivery

Listing said it would arrive Wed/Thu…just what I needed as it was required for Fri evening. Had message on Friday saying it would not be delivered until next working day (Monday) so I bought one locally Friday evening as I needed it. Item then arrived on Sat. I didn’t need it but seller refuses to pay for the return cost even though they stated false information on the listing regarding delivery.Very bad communication. Unibos need to be truthful on their delivery times, particularly when they post on Amazon. They are just another eBay company now using Amazon. They need to change courier as it clear from my point of view and other reviews that any issue is nothing to do with Unibos.
