I ordered a coal scuttle via Amazon 14/01/25 when arrived it was not suitable. This was promptly returned 21/01/25. After 10 working days I emailed Unibos and sent proof of return and was advised I would be refunded working 24/48 hours. No refund was forthcoming. I have emailed again on two more occasions to date still no refund. This is tantamount to theft, they have received the good but are withholding my money. Do Not Use their customer service is appalling
