I can only sympathise with all these other people, it seems what most are saying is a trend with Unibos, what with EVRI losing my returned parcel and asking for further detail, I bought 2x 24 inch tyre levers and they sent me 2x12inch tyre levers, so I returned them over 2 weeks ago, amazon will not refund as their system won't let them, unless Unibos says they have received the return then no return will be given, this does seem like a scam, thank god my item is only £12 , but if you are reading this, and are buying from amazon and this third party seller then just avoid and buy elsewhere, it really isnt worth the problems if your item is the wrong one, as also stated by lots of other reviewers here.
