This company appears to be located in Swindon in Wiltshire UK. They appear from the listed results here to be a rogue trading company for a number of years. Which sadly I did not know when I trusted them for an order through EBAY.I'm having a problem over the past week where I ordered something online and the company uses false misleading pictures and description of item to entice you to buy, then sends you out an entirely different item in its place. When you question it as being entirely the wrong goods sent to you you are told the specification of the product must have changed and you're offered ten percent off. To keep the item you never wanted and didn't order. When you say no they begin messing you around telling you to send the item back will be at your own expense. When you complain that's not on and it is their responsibility under the Sale of Goods Act to supply you only the item you ordered and nothing else, and say they must pay the return costs for an item they wrongly sent in the first place they then stalled more. I persisted and they suddenly admit they do have a returns service for me to use. Then I had to press them further to give me the code you need to do a return. They're saying all they are prepared to do once they have the return is to offer a refund after all of their time wasting. As they don't actually have for sale to send out to people the actual advertised pictured goods nor as described in the description with the picture. Therfore surely this is illegal to advertise an item of sporting equipment then admit they never had them to send out in the first place. NB. Sports supply company it is in Swindon in Wiltshire named Unibos. Who retails sporting goods from UK address quoted, selling through both Amazon, EBay and I think too from their own website online. I'm trying to get EBAY to look into the purchase as I beiieve it breaks EBAY site regulations on false advertising just as it breaks UK Consumer protection laws on falsely advertising goods a company does not actually have to sell. However I cannot get EBAY fully involved to investigate this seller until after the 10th according to their site rules. Then it is waiting for a phone call if I can even get to that stage which is not always a possibility where purchases go wrong on EBAY. I've asked EBAY to investigate the seller and what they are doing but there's no guarantee that they will do so.Item sent was a baseball bat entirely different to the one ordered. Including it being only 25 inch bat instead of a regular adult sized 28 inch standard measurement. Bat ordered had the pictured profile. Bat sent has a different configuration entirely in look and length and width. As in it is much fatter top not tapered as the one pictured. Also it is completely different look. With a large green Unibos logo to the bat instead of being plain black as that pictured. I am now letting UK Trading Standards and EBay know of my bad experience with this apparently long standing rogue trading company. Disgraceful. Now I've done some digging here and seen others put through the exact same experience I myself went through it becomes apparent it was deliberately done. They've got past track record of this false advertising goods then sending different ones out. It is a scam. I'm sure obviously the trading platforms like Amazon and Ebay cannot be aware they're allowing a rogue trading seller to operate upon their platforms unknowingly. Or they surely would have sanctioned this company falsely advertising goods for sale that they've not got to supply and have no intention to supply. Very dishonest. And it looks like has been happening for a few years now according to the other reviews here.Update -It has become very apparent that I'm now in a battle with a deliberately rogue trading company selling goods dishonestly through both EBAY and Amazon shops. Scamming and ripping off the unsuspecting consumer buyers. They advertise goods that they obviously don't actually have then send out other goods not matching the seller picture or description at all instead of what one has really tried to order.I'm contacting Trading standards and too EBay having found a review site at Trustpilot filled with horror tales going back to Covid times. Where they've got form, a track record of doing exactly the same for years to other poor unsuspecting buyers. Now in a battle to get wrong sent out goods returned without further cost. And a refund of my money. It has cost me a lot of time and effort even to get here from the start of the week till right now ongoing. No end yet in sight. It has cost me packaging materials too to make their poor packaging that's not fit for purpose, inadequate, remotely now suitable to return the item.
