Purchased through Amazon, same item in set of 6 several times. 7 of the orders were defective. Contacted company, who wanted photos of defect (fair enough), so sent them. Asked for replacement or refund. Firstly, offered 20% refund! Replied no, full refund or replacement. Next email offered 50% refund as no longer in stock. Who the hell barters on a faulty product refund?? Yes Unibos, I'm happy to donate 50% of my order cost to your company and keep faulty products! Again I refused and said I want a full refund or replacement. No response! Read these reviews, contacted Amazon, excellent customer care. They sent email to Unibos requesting full refund. They have 48 hours to respond, or Amazon will raise a claim and then refund themselves! For the record, I went on Amazon website and added this item to my basket again, so I'm assuming Unibos haven't advised Amazon of the out of stock status!!
