I rated UNIBOS (thieves,criminals,deceitful,arm robbers,disgusting,utter RUBBISH,garbage,gutters,stinking) Zero star!!!!This company hid behind the curtains of amazon and eBay to commits sales crimes & atrocities.I ordered an item, they decided to send me a completely different brand and with missing parts which make the product totally unusable.When I contacted them, they apologized but said they won't send the missing parts.Then I got advice from my solicitor and I put it to them then a person called LAUREN quickly agreed to send the missing parts.Lauren wrote to me that they don't really understand English very well which was why the wrong product was sent to me. I waited a month and contacted them to say I have not received the missing parts then they said they posted the missing parts but they think it got lost in the post and so they are going to send another one so I requested for tracking info of the post from them.Then I got an email from a new person called JAMES,and he said sorry we are not going to send you the missing parts again because you bought this on eBay so go back to ebay and get ebay to write to them requesting the missing parts before they will send it.eBay has just told me UNIBOS are liars and so they have LIED to me so I should go back and seek legal advice. In their SICK heads (unibos), they think they will get away with this. I am going to teach them a lesson in their lives.
