I ordered a table from Amazon and the product arrived broken.I followed the return instructions and paid £13.14 postage costs.The company refunded the table cost but won’t honour their return instructions and refund me my postage costs. This is in Amazon’s hands now as I don’t expect to deal with dishonest sellers on Amazon.
