This is a plea to everybody thinking of buying anything from Unibos please don’t. I ordered as a gift a garden ornamental frog it arrived in a box with 2 big holes in & squashed on one side as the box wasn’t big enough for the itemIt was packed with two small polystyrene pieces, no bubble wrap or packing round the frog at all hence it’s one foot was completely brokenThen the games start with 40(yes40) emails between Unibos & Amazon, 8 tel calls to Amazon & a collection of 8 pictures sent 4 times to Unibos via Amazon as Unibos give you no email address & they don’t answer their callsThey offered 25% of my money back, not acceptable, then 50% back if I return the item as well also not acceptable Amazon stepped in & even though it was through their Market Place they gave me my money back plus £15 for all the trouble I had gone throughAmazon said to send the item back & then changed their mind which was too late it had already been collected by Courier, now I’m waiting for £9-80 postage to be credited to meAmazon please wake up & see the bad reviews for Unibos & stop them selling on your Market Place
