I ordered a small bench via Ebay, and when it did not arrive, notified the seller and was told a replacement would be sent out. That never arrived either... no explanation and a seemingly bogus original Hermes tracking number. Ebay refunded me. This is the drawback of online retail, it attracts shambolic and/or deceiptful sellers like this one.
