I had a terrible experience as well! Please steer clear of this service if you can. They registered my company on a platform without my consent. I left the service in November, and now I cannot join another platform. I am at risk of facing fines due to their error and their failure to address it! They have not replied to my emails, only providing a vague response without any real solutions.
