I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this is important for consumers to know to stay as far away as possible from this service. They registered my company on a platform without my consent or any contract, months after I had left. Correcting their mistake has been a nightmare: countless emails with no responses for weeks or months, repeated phone calls, and it’s extremely difficult to reach anyone. Their vague replies show a complete lack of ownership or timeline. Their inaction blocked my new provider just before a legal deadline, putting my business at serious risk. I’m still waiting and might have to carry this into next year, which could lead to fines and more issues. This is not just poor support — it’s negligence and a total lack of accountability. They create serious compliance problems and then vanish. Unreliable, unsafe, and unprofessional. Stay away at all costs.
I had an unpleasant sales experience. We reached out for information about one of their products and requested a demo. After three weeks of no response, we followed up and eventually received a reply from sales. We booked a demo, but the representative failed to show up twice and didn’t even respond to my email the second time. I’ve heard their reputation isn’t great, and this experience only confirmed that for me. I don’t understand why anyone would want to endure such a frustrating initial sales process.
The helpdesk is very supportive! They ensure that all necessary documents are in order for the required permissions, making them quite reliable. The only downside was that when I had an additional question for a company outside the country, the email response was in Dutch. The identification process is working perfectly.
