My package was damaged in transit and the transporter (Airmee) decided not to deliver because of that. Instead they returned it without me ever having been in contact with the parcel. However, they marked it as “costumer refused delivery” (which is NOT what happened) but when I contacted them about it they confessed that it was automatically marked that way and that I should not take responsibility for it. Unihertz did not understand this, they believe it was me who refused the delivery and won’t acknowledge the evidence to the contrary. At first, unihertz responded to my emails but have since stopped. The package has now been returned to the Amazon facility and I demand a refund!!
