I purchased a titan pocket series mobile phone on 21 May 2023. Until a few weeks ago I was quite satisfied with the product, which was very original and functional. A little over a year after purchase, the battery started to swell and I had to replace it. Up to this point, I considered this problem to be ‘ordinary’ in the sense that it can happen to even the best products. The negative surprise, however, was when I bought the replacement battery. It can only be ordered, in fact, from the official website. The expected delivery time is very long (2-4 weeks!!), and with an exorbitant shipping cost ($15!!). Having no alternative, I made the purchase. The battery arrived after three weeks, in a package that was scandalous to say the least, wrapped in bubble wrap PVC, and lacking any indication that LiOn batteries were inside the package. What's worse is that the battery bears the date May 2021, so I received a three-year-old battery. I hope it works, although I have my doubts, as the connection pin was uninsulated, and therefore free to make contact with the metal battery casing. I find this kind of treatment unacceptable from a company that I thought was young but serious, with good ideas. All electronic components must be treated with care, and I ended up with a product that was shipped at a high price without any precautions.
