Phone fell out of my pocket when sitting in a camping chair, only a foot above the ground, and only 5 days after I bought it. Also bought a case and screen protector from your freaking website and it didn’t protect it at all, the whole screen shattered. When emailing your customer service for a refund, the person was very cold and informed me that you guys don’t give a s h i t about your customers. I asked about a refund for the faulty case and screen protector that I bought directly from you and they just didn’t respond. I know you guys are a small company and this is not how you treat customers. I would never buy another product from y’all, and I would never recommend it to anyone either. Terrible customer service, horrible quality phone, screen protector, and case, and just overall an awful experience. Put a bad taste in my mouth about your company, and I hope to spread the word to as many people as I can. There wasn’t even a sorry in the single email I got back, just stupid behavior from a company. I couldn’t believe it. F u c k you guys I hope you go out of business since you choose to scam your customers and offer the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
