I recently had an issue with my wifi where it just did not exist as it was disconnected at the mains. However, both Abby and Clare from the Unihomes team helped correct the issue immediately with a technician being expedited to my flat to fix my wifi and help resolve the issue after a month of no wifi. The pair of them were incredible and I thank them tremendously in helping me, so thank you!

Lovely customer service by Katie
