I received an email about needing to submit a meter reading by the beginning of April, but my housemates and I are all home for easter so are unable to do this. I called unihomes and Hannah was really helpful and reassured me that this was an automated email, and they understand that we are home for easter. She let me know that can just submit the meter readings when we get back to uni and to not worry if we get sent more emails about this. The call was really quick and I wasn't left waiting for someone to be able to chat.
