i have been using their vps for 2 months, and i can say they doing a great deed, i have not faced any problem regarding my vps so far, only downside i feel is there is very limited options in using api, if only they could add more endpoints , overall osm experience i had at that price.
Excellent reseller with fast delivery and a friendly, personalized approach. They truly listen to our needs and are always willing to adjust and add features to our account as needed. Highly recommend for their attentive service and flexibility!
Can't recommend them, we bought dedicated server from them which was with instant delivery as they said, they delivered us that server BUT it's not working and now we are trying to reach them using ALL possible ways (skype, mail, telegram,tickets) and they don't reply us for more then 12 hours, BUT they say that support is 24/7 but that's not true!
Not recommend at all. My creadit card wasn't changed and ... I'm long term client that was working with tehm more than a year. They have a very stupid policy regarding unpaid servers. Be ready that in 3 days if invoice is not paid - they stop the server and after 4 days they will delete WHOLE data.
I have been using Unihost for 6 months now.This is the best provider I worked with so far.The help support is far above any service I had experienced in the past : they have a H24/24 chat online on the site, and you are not talking with a bot but with a real tech support that will help you out.The team is super friendly, responsive, competent, and the service quality is the best.I had a few ups & downs, or specific request sometimes and they always had responded present to help me out with it, to find a way around, or a solution.This company is built different than others.They actually are close to their customers and take care of them.I highly recommand them, they are the very best on the market, with very competitive prices.
The Unihost team efficiently and most importantly, quickly set up my remote server, which had been struggling with importing a large file. They also provided a report on the changes made, enabling me to handle this information in the future. I highly recommend them for collaboration!
